Content Build Group has been in operation in the ACT, NSW & Qld and it's surrounding areas for 32 years.

Our team has been serving the ACT, NSW and QLD construction industry since 1984, delivering structural, fit-out and remedial construction packages across residential and commercial developments.

We work with owners, builders and developers to ensure that construction is delivered efficiently and sustainably from inception to completion, without cutting corners.

Policies & Practice

We work within the guidelines set out within the National Code of Practice & our building contractors. We maintain throughout our building contracts a good working relationship with our builders without compromising safety with a focus on project schedules.

Content Build Group has been assessed as code compliant as of June 2009.

Task Appreciation & Methodology

Content Build Group has a clear understanding of the key issues & task appreciation associated with minor & major projects including but not limited to Safety, Quality Assurance and any Environmental Impacts.

Any potential issues that may have a negative consequence to the project can be dealt with in the appropriate forums ie. Toolbox, Sub- contractors meetings, site safety meetings and with major stake holders & other parties as required.

Company Resource Capacity

Content Build Group is currently focused on our commercial projects, however we maintain a work present in the residential sector with the intention to recall these personnel should our commercial projects need additional labour to meet programmed schedules, this additional labour includes PPL staff & Sub-contracted trade labour.

Quality Assurance Plan - ISO 9000

Content Build Group is preparing to engage an assessing agency for the purpose of obtaining ISO 9000 accreditation.

Currently CBG is working closely with current builders to ensure quality of our work whilst keeping inline with project timelines. We have developed inter- Company checks & controls. These control measures ensure work has been completed to our builder's Specific standards in addition to maintaining & complying to set industry standards.

Environmental Management Plan Greenstar & ABGR

Content Build Group will comply to current industry specifications & requirements. Materials for Internal Fit outs will not use equipment or materials that jeopardise these ratings. Building materials used on site that may have an affect on the environment are bought on site as a controlled substance. These items are rarely stored on site and are used as "required basis". A record of purchase & delivery invoices are kept in our head office, MSDS sheets are available on site with our employees & subcontractors in addition to supplying the builder with a copy for their records.

Content Build Group is committed to the project Environmental Management Plan, Greenstar & ABGR relevant to the performance of our Daily work. Our nominated on site representative will be available daily to answer any unforseen circumstances that may arise. We currently are investigating to formalize our Environmental Management Plan.
